Release Notes ASAPIO Integration Addon rel. 2510

We have released version 2510 (9.32510) of the ASAPIO Integration Addon!

Version 9.32504 of the ASAPIO Integration Addon contains the following changes:

Changes to ASAPIO Integration Add-on core components:

• Event Studio
  • New support for CDS Payloads for S/4 systems
  • New user experience to create custom CDS payloads directly in Event Studio

• Sequencing support:
  • New option to configure an additional sequencing step for an interface.
    This will ensure that only one process at a time can send events for the same object and ensuring the correct order of the events.
    This will also block sends in case errors occured for a specific object, so new events for the same object are not sent out until the previous events have been sent.

• Component Health Monitoring in Cloud ALM:
  • Option to send a Health Metric to Cloud ALM for an interface. The Metric is the ratio of falied calls compared to total number of calls in a specific time range. (Documentation)

• Monitoring Support for Unique Message IDs:    
  • New tab in ACI Monitor to show the unique message ID
  • Additional search option so the unieque message ID can be searched

• Inbound Handler BAdI:
  • New extension spot for custom handling of inbound payload and/or custom response messages

Changes to Connector for Confluent / Kafka:    

• Support for Dead Letter Queues
  Send failed messages to a different topic either based on certain errors or after a number of failed retries (Documentation)

• New direct connectivity option (S/4 only)
  Connect directly to your Confluent / Kafka cluster without the REST proxy. (Documentation)

Changes to Connector for Solace

• New AMQP connectivity option (S/4 only)
  No more http overhead by using a new Deamon based connection to the broker. (Documentation)
